What we hold about you, and what we do with it.

What we hold

Your name and email. Your resume and what setup read from it. Your answers: your tracks, levels, pay, places, deal-breakers, the companies and people you named, your voice sample. The files you add, such as your LinkedIn connections and recommendations. Your notes, drafts and the moves you record.

What the product writes for you: your position, your briefs, your market read, and every role, signal and recruiter it has read for you, with its sources.

What we do with it

We use it to do the work you signed up for: to read the market for you, to write your brief and your drafts, and to show you where you stand. Nothing else.

Your data is never sold, never shared with other members, and never used to train models. One exception is yours to choose: in Account you may let your base pay count, with no name and no employer, in aggregate only, toward other members’ market reads. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.

Who is kept out

Your current employer, its leadership and anyone you name are kept out of every result, every path and every draft. Nothing you add is ever shown to them, and nothing announces that they were kept out.

Your connections are never contacted and never shared. They are read only to tell you which paths are warm.

Who else touches it

Your data is held in a database and storage run by Supabase, the application is served by Vercel, the reading and writing is done with models from Anthropic, and account email is sent through Resend. Each is bound to use your data only to provide its service to us.

Nothing you give us is used by these providers to train their models.

Vercel also counts visits to our pages, without cookies: which page was read, the site that linked to it, the country and the kind of device, and how fast the page loaded. Nothing in these counts names you, and we use them only to see which pages people read and to keep the site fast.

Your rights

You can see everything we hold about you in the product itself. You can correct it from Position and Account. You can ask for a copy, and you can delete your account at any time from Account; deletion removes your data, and it is complete.

People in every US state have these rights here, whatever their state’s law requires. Requests go to hello@getantevo.app and are answered within 30 days.

Sensitive disclosures

If you tell us something sensitive, such as a leave, a disability or a health matter, it is held encrypted, kept out of what the product writes and scores unless you ask otherwise, and deleted on request.

Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes and members are told by email before the change applies.
