How it works
Your first week with Antevo.
From your resume to your first conversation, and what's going on underneath.
Day one
Ten minutes, and the search is running.
- Now
- Ten minutes. Ask LinkedIn for your connections file first, since it can take a day to arrive. Then upload your resume and most of setup fills itself in. You confirm what you want, what you'd take, where, and what rules a company out. Then you approve your profile.
- Within the hour
- Your first brief. Roles scored against you, the best companies researched, the people to write to found, and a letter drafted in your voice for each role.
- Within a day
- LinkedIn's file arrives. Upload it, and the next brief finds ways in through people you know.
- Every brief
- Two minutes over coffee: what's new, what changed, the one thing worth doing today. Open a role, read the research, send the letter from your own email, mark it sent.
- Every week
- The market is read against you while you sleep and the brief is in your inbox before you wake. What you pass on shapes what reaches you. Change any answer and the search follows.
Scoring
How a role earns its place.
Every role is scored out of 100 against what you told us. The bar is 70. Each line's share, reason and source are on the role's page.
| Line | Starts at | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Track | 35% | Your kind of work, at your level. |
| Sector | 20% | A sector you chose. |
| Pay | 20% | Against your floor and your target. |
| Where you work | 15% | Remote, hybrid or in office, in a place you set. |
| Company type | 10% | A kind of company you kept in. |
After the score
Weighted to you
Want remote only, and place counts for more. What you pass on moves the weights after that.
Held back, never deleted
A role under the bar is listed with the reason. Add it yourself and it's read in full.
No guesses
A line the sources didn't settle scores 50 until they do.
Questions
Straight answers.
Why pay when job agents are free?
Because a free agent works for whoever pays for it, and that is usually the employer. Antevo works for you, and only you. Every run it reads every job board it knows in full, and the news behind every funding round, new chief executive, acquisition and departure in your sectors, for the moment a company will need someone like you. Then it does the part free agents leave to you: it researches each company before you see it, names the person who'll own the hire, finds who you already know there, and writes the letter. You reach the right person before the role is posted, and you arrive warm.
Can't I do this with ChatGPT?
You could try, one search at a time. Antevo has already read the market and keeps reading it, every run: 1,100+ company job boards in full, 750,000+ salaries employers have filed with the government, every funding round and leadership change in your sectors. It keeps what it reads, every fact with its source and the day it was read, and builds on it run after run. It knows your profile, your floor, your deal-breakers and your connections, and holds every company it finds up against them. And it finds what you didn't know to look for.
How is this different from tools that email hiring managers for me?
Antevo is built to land one conversation at a time. For every company it finds, it names the person who'll own the hire from a page it actually read, finds who you already know there, and finds the reason to write now: the round they just closed, the leader they just hired, the seat they just lost. Then it writes the letter in your voice, with your own results in it, every claim checked against your record. You change what you like and send it from your own email. The hiring leader hears from you, through someone they know whenever there's a path, at the moment it matters.
Does it send anything for me?
No. Letters are drafts until you copy them into your own email and send them yourself.
What does it read?
The whole market, every run. Every job board it knows, read in full. The salary records employers file with the government, and the pay stated in job ads. Public companies’ filings, for executive pay and leadership changes. Published pay studies. Company newsrooms and the trade press, for funding, new leaders, acquisitions and departures. Layoff notices and public enforcement records, for what a company is really like. Every fact is kept with where it came from and when, so you can check anything it tells you.
Does it log in to LinkedIn?
Never. You download your own export and upload it. Antevo never signs in to any account of yours.
Can my employer find out?
Name your employer and they are kept out of every result, every path and every letter. No profile of you is published anywhere.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your account is yours alone, and nothing you give Antevo trains any model.
What if I delete my account?
Everything goes, with no archive. You can download it all first, as one file.
What if the market is thin?
The brief says so. Nothing is padded to fill the page.
The method has always worked. It was never yours.
